June 2018: "Long Night of the Sciences" at the BCRT: A night of fun, enthusiasm and encouragement

The Berlin-Brandenburg Center for Regenerative Therapies (BCRT) participated in the “Long Night of the Sciences” (German: Lange Nacht der Wissenschaften = LNdW) and opened its doors on Saturday, 9 June, for all those interested in science and clinical research. In addition to various experiments and games, the program also included lectures about “Living Drugs”, showcasing EU-funded projects like PACE. The speakers with medical and scientific background gave an insight into the application and transformative potential of “Living Drugs” with a particular focus on vascular diseases, especially critical limb ischemia. The talks were well attended and visitors took advantage of the opportunity to discuss their questions in depth with the speakers.
